A New Home for CC Technologies

I am pleased to announce that CC Technologies is moving to a new state-of-the-art campus facility. After nearly 9 years at our current location that occupies approximately 28,000 square feet, we are moving to an 89,262 square foot facility at 5777 Frantz Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017.

CC Technologies has experienced continual and steady growth over its lifetime and has reached a point where our existing facility can no longer efficiently support our laboratory and office needs. In order to maintain our growth and continue to provide our clients with the highest level of quality and expertise, we are relocating to a new building designed to meet our current and future needs. Our first half of 2004 has produced a 35% growth in revenue compared to the same period in 2003 and is expected to continue through the second half of 2004. Significant growth is forecasted for the next two years.

The three-story facility is located on a 17-acre campus and includes modern laboratory and research facilities second to none in the corrosion industry. The laboratories occupy approximately 24,000 square feet. These facilities will permit the significant expansion planned for our research and testing business as industry refocuses on longer term commitments to R&D, future product developments, and general expansion. The office space will bring all of our Dublin staff under the same roof again; increasing our efficiency and accommodating our growing staff.

The CC Technologies Team

Our existing facilities had become a barrier to our planned growth and the new building is a stepping stone for our company’s continued growth. Our latest growth spurt has been driven by the pipeline integrity and engineering market led by Kevin Garrity (COO) and Pat Vieth (Executive Vice President) and the excellent staff that they have pulled together. However, we are experiencing growth in many industrial sectors.

CC Technologies’ new facility will consolidate and integrate operations of our major divisions: Services, Laboratories, Systems, and International, and our newest department - Field Services. CC Technologies is a service provider; meaning that our staff is our most important asset. The new facility is a further commitment to our staff. It is our intent to provide a state-of-the-art facility and working environment that fosters innovation and creativity.

We would like to thank our customers for maintaining a level of confidence in our abilities that has assisted us in achieving our goals. The new facility will allow us to continue to improve upon our service to our customers while achieving our goal of being recognized as the world leader in corrosion science and engineering.

We expect to occupy our new home in early August 2004. The move is being planned and coordinated to eliminate disruptions of services to our customers.
