QA Inspections
Our engineers act as your QA Representatives' insuring specifications are carefully adhered to throughout the manufacturing process. For example, QA inspection of suction rolls.

Failure Analysis
We perform failure analysis on metallic, ceramic, and plastic pulp and paper mill components utilizing metallographic, scanning electron microscopic, and chemical analysis to determine the root cause of failure. By determining the root cause, the most appropriate and cost effective action can then be specified.

pulp & paperCorrosion Monitoring
CC Technologies performs continuous on-line corrosion rate monitoring of storage tank, headbox, piping and other key pulp mill and paper machine components. In support of rapid dissemination, evaluation and interpretation of test results, our technicians use data acquisition systems and modems for remote monitoring and control.

White Water Chemical Analysis
To satisfy various pulp and paper mill operating requirements, we provide process stream chemical analysis on site or in our laboratories.

Our considerable knowledge of white water chemistry enables us to:
Select the best material for a new pulp mill or paper machine component purchase
Determine the corrosion-resistance of different materials or coatings
Determine the effect of new bleaching chemistries on existing or new materials' corrosion resistance
Determine the effect of mill process stream closure has on process stream chemistry and component-material corrosion resistance.

Remaining Life Assessment
At CC Technologies, we have the expertise and facilities necessary to support pulp and paper mill component life extension and remaining life assessment projects. We perform material integrity analysis in support of OSHA directed Equipment Mechanical Integrity Programs. And we have developed computer software programs (pcTUBE™, CreepLife™, and CorLAS™) that accurately assess remaining life based on corrosion and creep.
