Mr. Lysne has more than 20 years of experience in various administrative and management positions in DNV.  His experience covers all service areas within the company with 8 years in Maritime units, 8 years in Oil and Gas units, 6 years in units selling all DNV services, and 2 years in Corporate support functions.  Mr. Lysne has extensive experience from working in DNV regions in Asia and the Nordic countries, as well as in the United States.

Educated as a Master of Business and Economics, his working experience covers all areas of management support with particular emphasis on Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Facilities Management.  He has also acted as Regional Manager with the external exposure of handling marketing, client relations, and production management.

Mr. Lysne is currently assisting with the integration of CC Technologies, Inc. into the DNV organization and structures.  He is the Executive Vice President of Finance for CC Technologies in North America, covering all Business Support functions, including Finance/Accounting, HR, IT, SHE&Q, Communications, and Facilities Management.  His main focus is to integrate the company into the DNV organization and to implement corporate work processes, and tools and governance while ensuring the company continues to grow and develop.
